TEACHING AND LEARNING COORDINATOR

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we have come to the end of this last term, I am writing to express my thanks for your continued support in all we do at school. From the range of school activities this year, to the learning that happens at home, it has been a joy to see so many of you engaging in your children’s school lives.

The School Concert was a great success and a very enjoyable event. Thanks to the hard work of our amazing teachers and parent volunteers who helped us in making props for the stage. The ‘Jungle Book’ production was a joy to watch, and I know from the faces of families who watched their little stars perform, how proud they were! Congratulations to all parents for the achievements their children have accomplished this year in academic and non-academic areas.

There are no words to thank my wonderful staff for all that they have done over the years to make Sirius College, Shepparton campus, the school that it is today. Not one person is responsible for this fantastic school – it is a team effort and I thank our TEAM on the completion of another successful academic year.

As we approach the end of the year, I would like on behalf of the staff, to wish you all happiness over the holidays and into the New Year. We look forward to seeing you in 2020!

I have sent letters with TAP-ID and PIN with all ICAS participants. Parents can access detailed student reports online for all ICAS tests for their child, following the instructions given in that letter. This allows you to better understand which questions and areas were done well and which areas might need more development.

Thanks to all parents and guardians for their ongoing support and cooperation.

Mrs. Amninder Malhi
